- Pawn certificate: You will receive a pawn certificate with a term of three months.
- Extension: The pawn certificate can be extended for another three months upon payment of the accrued interest and fees.
If no redemption or extension is made, the pawn will be auctioned between the fifth and tenth month – exclusively by the sworn auctioneers Julian Schmitz or Helmut Lux.

The auction is not conducted by the pawn shop itself, but exclusively by the appointed and sworn auctioneers Julian Schmitz or Helmut Lux.

The costs of a pawn loan consist of fees and interest. The exact amount of these costs will be transparently communicated by the pawn shop.

Valuables deposited with us are insured for double the loan value against burglary or robbery. Furthermore, modern security technology ensures safekeeping.
How quickly will I get my money?
The pawn loan is usually paid out within 10 minutes of the valuation.
In what form do I receive the money?
The customer can freely decide whether they want to receive the amount in cash or by bank transfer. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer.
What do I do with my jewelry while on vacation?
Yes, your jewelry is safely stored and insured with us. You'll also receive a loan for collateralizing it.
How does my jewelry get to you?
It can either be sent to us or we can arrange for valuables to be transported. Whether it's €100 or €100,000, there's no minimum value.
